Casino Lisboa Macau Dress Code
The first and only Chinese restaurant in Macau awarded three Michelin stars for seven consecutive years by the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong and Macau. A prominent feature of The 8 is the Chinese symbolism cleverly woven into its interior design. From the number ‘8’ (a symbol of good fortune) to swimming goldfish (a symbol of health and vitality), The 8 offers its guests a unique dining atmosphere replete with traditional Chinese flavor. Diners can choose from over 40 kinds of dim sum at lunch and experience classic dining with an elegant and creative touch. The restaurant also shares the phenomenal wine cellar with over 17,000 labels.
Having existed in Macau for over 27 years, the Crazy Paris Show now has daily performances in the Grand Lisboa. The bars, lounges, and function halls of the Grand Lisboa can also be rented out for private and corporate events. Generally speaking, like other hotels in Macau, there is no dress code implemented in the Grand Lisboa. I go to Macau about once a month for the past year or so. There is no set dress code. Kind of like a 7-11, no shirt, no shoes, no service. I will generally be more casual in the afternoons, shorts and sandals are fine. Jeans and a nice shirt in the evenings. This applies to Wynn, MGM, Venetian and City of Dreams.
Available in one casino, the Lisboa. It’s played the same in Macau as it is in Las Vegas, with 80 balls, 20 of which are drawn at random in each game. Macau keno does offer an additional betting option – High/Low/Middle. With this you’re basically betting on whether the balls will fall into one of those three categories.

There may be a little difference at various casinos but in general you are required to dress 'properly'. It is certainly more relaxed today than in times past.
As a general rule no shorts, sandals or slippers are allowed for men or women .
Casinos always have security at the entrance.
It goes without saying you must be of age and carry proof . No cameras, weapons, pocket knives of course.
If you are 'high rollers' there is usually a more strict dress code but if you were high rollers you would know.
It seems to me it never hurts to wear a collared shirt and long pants anyway with shoes and most places today will allow you entry.

When I visited early this year, I went into the casinos with jeans and T shirt, never had any problem anywhere I went. The dress is very casual, after all they are not as interested in your dress as they are in your money....

During my recent visit, i was wearing a t-shirt and trousers (shoe ofcourse) and no one said anything.I could go in without any problem. There is a security who glances at you ( my hands were empty!) and allows you.May be if you have a bag or some such thing, they may search before allowing, though not sure.

Trust me, they are mostly concerned about getting what is in your pockets.
I believe there's no dress code as I've seen plenty of tourists wearing jeans and shirts but not to be out-of-place in glitzy casinos like the Venetian and the Wynn, you most certainly should avoid wearing shorts.

It never hurts to be tidy going into any casino. They all have dress rules whether or not they are enforced. Saves a lot of hassle. It is like jay walking, today you get away with it tomorrow you get booked (fined).
What a pest if you arrive only to be turned away.
